Burnham could probably win any Labour seat in Greater Manchester. He's popular enough to beat the current polling. Not a chance in Norfolk.

It's almost like forming a political party over the issue of Gaza and ignoring all other policy areas which the MPs disagree on was going to be a bad idea. Who'd have thought it?

It is not possible for a government policy to be popular with everyone. This may come close. Even some running lights feel like they're harnessing the energy of the pissing sun. We don't need cars powered by bloody Dyson Spheres.

I agree. Reeves had every right to believe the agency she went through would be giving her sound advice. Badenoch knowingly broke the law.

100% back this. The challenges faced by our coastal communities are incredibly unique, and an MP from one of those areas is best suited to be able to represent the needs of those communities within government.

I really hope that there aren't any people who believe this BS. Ed knows full well that he would lose if he became leader. They may very well have had a falling out, but he isn't trying to install himself as leader

Met up with a friend from my last job for a catch-up before I start my teacher training next week. Safe to say, I quite like the leaving presents. I've been given so many pin badges by people I used to work with in the last few months. I'm very easy to buy for 😂

I really hate how some people can be so ignorant that they think because the child died in care that automatically means she would have been better off at home and with her parents. That is such a ridiculously short-sighted and ignorant comment to make.
