SE continues to choose the most awkward wording there, Reaper got buffed I think, not nerfed? “Reduction in potency 40% -> 20%”, i.e. those AoE skills do 20% less potency to the non-main targets instead of 40% less.

(Also double enshroud less awkward now 🎉)
