I think setting up paperless-ngx and spending the time to scan all my documents into it has been one of the more useful things recently.
Makes dealing with my tax return and making sure all my health expenses are registered a breeze.

I wish being able to sleep before 5-6am was something that came with some amount of ease and not a constant uphill battle requiring a ridiculous amount of discipline.

Two of my monitors is starting to show signs of struggling a bit, one is having some weird wavy pattern along the bottom (almost like water has gotten in) and the other has gotten pretty bad ghosting, so I'm starting to look into what I'd like to eventually replace them with.

i never posted my endgame Satisfactory screenshots here, so let's do that. i was playing with a self-imposed hard mode: my goal was not just to finish each phase, but to reach a production rate high enough to do each phase in less than two hours. this required some planning.

Seeing people posting things like “please QRP” is kinda funny with an amateur radio background, since QRP there refers to low power transmissions and can even mean something like “please reduce your transmission power” which is like the exact opposite of what it’s meant to mean here ^^’
