Looking forward to Nancy Mace's outrage on behalf of her fellow survivors

So they "galvanised and cleaned Seattle" not because it was the right thing to do out of their love for their city; but because they wanted the symbolic key?

Vance keeps banging on about his Catholic faith, so I'm not sure how true that is

Most survivors would be most deeply offended that other survivors have just not been believed. But Nancy is also a cult member.

Me too; especially given her 2019 statements about not being suicidal. I know things can change in a person's life over 5 or 6 years, but it does make you think twice about it

it would if went and it picked it up yourself is so small. But what finally stopped me was on 2 occasions (because once might have been an outlier) we got about $60+ worth of food that arrived cold to the point of inedible (threw it all in the bin) and company response was "here's a $5 credit"
November 12, 2025 at 3:11 AM
But seriously food delivery services can all get in the bin as far as I am concerned. I used to use them (once a week at most) thinking I'm supporting people in the gig economy to make a bit of cash but the the small amount the delivery person gets paid compared to how much more the food costs than

Clearly not enough people have

My car has an option for playing videos (via a USB) on the driver control panel display thingy. When they were showing me the "features" and got to that I literally said to the sales person "Why? Why would you have that as an option? That is so deeply unsafe".

And maybe he spends 2-3 years in Canberra, they give him his learning to playing NRL starting years & he returns to us as he hits his peak 😁

Agreed on both counts

And I am happy for Haas to go make his money if the opportunity is there
November 11, 2025 at 8:06 AM
I mean everyone is different but that's his experience and he feels it was a decision made of youthful impatience. And like he was only a winger (not to be disrespectful, but you know what I mean when it's wingers v halves lol)

Have been listening to Denan Kemp talk recently about when he left the Broncos for the Warriors (age 21) because he thought he should have given certain guarantees that he wasn't. Says on reflection he wished he never left and that he should have stayed in a successful system and fought for the spot
November 11, 2025 at 7:48 AM
Agreed, and being coached by Ricky Stuart isn't going to hurt in his development as a halfback. Although the Raiders do have a few young halves on their books, so I really hope they haven't made him promises they can't deliver on - he may very well find himself as a back up there as well.

But for every Tom Dearden or Sam Walker there's an Ash Taylor or Corey Norman or (whilst not a half) David Fafita
November 11, 2025 at 7:18 AM
I would have preferred he stay at the Broncos and back himself to earn the starting spot, but he clearly sees a better opportunity for himself at the Raiders - I really do hope it works out for him and he smashes it
