So apparently there is an invisibile limit to how many emails can be sent in a short period of time. We'll give it a couple hours for folks who have not yet received their email! I will keep monitoring this as best I can. Please reach out to me if by tomorrow you have not received anything from me!

Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.
