So, I've been using Adnauseam for a couple of weeks
I do not recommend using it without strong network level malware and ad mitigations in place - something like Quad9 or a Hagezi blocklist.
I think it is far more effective at bleeding advertisers than it is dangerous, but the danger is there.

The sensory hallucinations that can come with OCD are so crazy. I've improved a ton over my lifetime, but it's still difficult to navigate things like experiencing the sensation of drifting to the right because the goblin in your head has decided that your chair has an extreme lean
