We also need to let go of ideological purity and perfect solutions, and stop putting our feelings of righteousness before the small improvements we could be making to people's lives. It's not meaningless just because it doesn't happen all at once. Steps in the right direction matter.

I don't know how many more times this needs to be said, or by whom, but: If you can't run your business without exploiting people, you can't run your business. It's not viable. Stop.
