its never a sure fire fix, but when i feel out of control and like im going to pass out or collapse etc., i put Amoroso on. it's my last ditch effort at clinging to something familiar and safe. in my dreams i hug and thank him.

i have some of the worst anxiety of anyone ive ever met, ive had panic attacks that have hospitalized me. and ive been on anti-anxiety medicine since i was 13 or 14, even before that my mom and family have memories of me being a particularly anxious child. something about João Gilberto calms me tho.
