Resisting the global rise of Fascism. Down with LLMs, especially in the creative fields. 👎 I mainly work in corporate social investment but I make some spare change from poetry, libretto and art. 🇿🇦
Enjoy! It was made into a film with John Turturro and I think Emily Watson...but no idea if it is possible to see that anywhere. I remember enjoying it a couple of decades ago, though it's not quite faithful to the book.

I had *no* idea. There's a South African short story waiting to be written... 🤣🤣🤣

Our new 'colleagues' are entirely mediocre, lie frequently, and complain about how difficult their jobs are. And yet they're replacing employees with decades of expertise, for the sake of 'productivity'. Mind-boggling.

This isn't the schoolyard, KKKaroline - your Mean Girls routine doesn't go very far on a multilateral platform that now excludes the US.

We have TNG on DVD and watch every couple of years. Patrick Stewart's autobiography was a cracking read and I will watch the series in a new light next time around.

I can't help but have schadenfreude, since my former editor (a conservative who thinks of himself as 'centrist') said Brexit would be wonderful thing and he was looking forward to 'sticking it to Europe'. 👀
