If this be true, I would like to see the actual data/evidence in good faith, because right now, all we’re getting is snarling hypocrisy from tenured, senior faculty.
That Compact essay is very easily picked a part with actual data/evidence, but what has become clear is there is very little will to do so as its dubious claims confirm a deeply held grievance amongst an apparently large % of our white colleagues that they are the victims of rampant discrimination.

Thing is, none of the contingent faculty getting fucked by this think diversity is bad. None of us. But we are getting fucked anyway. No house, no kids, no research support, no actual respect from TT profs, and only snark and rage like yours whenever we point out the obvious. FU.
