Among the many changes that King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match made to the game, it added several new characters and special intros to the cast. Rugal has this really cool Kaiser Wave clash with Krauser that also leads to a funny bug if you cancel on the right frame.

So in logan, he gets shot, gets back up, pulls out the finger knives, and the ordinary men living in a world where they are aware of his existence decide to double down and attack him.
Maybe this is a plot thing but shouldn't the sight of any man producing knife forks instantly set off alarm bells?
