I’m kind of amazed you didn’t mention the obvious reason Trump is pushing so hard. Mike Pence is from Indiana. Pence refused to overturn the 2020 election. Therefore Trump feels Indiana was disloyal to him and owes him a debt of restitution. Obviously irrational but that’s how his mush brain works.
