A half gallon of Trader Joe's super premium French vanilla ice cream contains nearly 4000 calories and it costs only $7.
I might try to get fat off of this stuff. I got some on the way back and tried it as soon as I got home. It's pretty good. Delightfully creamy. Doesn't get foamy when melted.

Bad news. Looks like my leukemia is coming back and I'll have to go back on chemo.
