Eurgh, I've been hit by this bloody cold and flu bug doing the rounds, less than ideal when it's a busy time at work and on the run up to Christmas and weekend plans with family.
So today we work from home and try and rest up to get this thing shifted as quickly as possible.

Three little fun bits of ink added. My local studio was doing their annual Tatts4Toys charity drive today, so I couldn't not. 3 kids will now have a present to unwrap on Christmas day and I get stickers YAY!!

This time next week I will be in Iceland, I need the next 5 days to go by super fast and without any issues. Then it's smooth sailing a day in Manchester then early flight to Reykjavik on Friday. Will and I have not needed a break as much as we need this one for so long

Unanticipated Glasgow visit next week, and in something of a rarity for a work visit...I'm staying over on a Friday night!?!? So do I be sensible and then drive home early on the Saturday morning, or so I do something out of character for me and go out Friday night?

Well unless I decide to not drink on the 13th December that's my Birmingham visits for 2025 done. The 13th is the Christmas do but as work won't cover a hotel for the night and even the easyhotel wants £155 for the night I won't be attending. Next trip is provisionally Glasgow on the 20th

Feeling like shit today, sore throat everything is a bit achy, and I have to be in Birmingham tomorrow. So today we dose up on everything I can so I can make it through this week. Have far too much on this week and next to be sick, and I refuse to be ill at the end of the month.

Sorry gorgeous people what live in my phone. I've been a bit quiet, the whole getting massively defrauded and a very chaotic couple of weeks did a big number on my brain, but I'm still here, albeit VERY mentally exhausted. One month to go till I'm in Iceland though, and that can't come soon enough
