You can add non-Steam games to Steam via Add a Game at the bottom of the list.

Then go to www.steamgriddb.com and search for your game for custom art (or make it yourself). You can customize it via the game's Properties after right-clicking it in Steam.

I was like "Oh shit it worked immediately, we're cooking now" but then any time they cut to combat everything lagged immediately lmao

5. "Modding A 3DS" by Myself

Turns out it actually IS as easy as they say it was. As long as you follow the instructions, you can dump your DS and 3DS games without a problem. Very cool.

And the one I've wanted for a good while too, nice.

Excellent.

This bit is killing me.

3. The Naked Gun (2025)

This felt like a Naked Gun movie, which is much more than I expected. Incredible gags in this.

Disastrous polycule from the getgo.

Making her Hel-themed is nasty work

2. Ball x Pit (2025)

Dangerously addicting lil game here. A combo of your Vampire Survivors, your Breakouts, your Bullet Hells, and your base builders that somehow stick the landing for all of it. Very fun.

This is the kind of game that is seriously making me consider the value of a Steam Deck.

1. Keep Driving (2025)

Been on my radar for a bit. Very simple roadtrip-themed resource manager sim. Pretty easy to get the tools to deal with all encounters, so low-worry.

The vibes of the game are off-the-charts. Nails that road trip aesthetic of that era. Fun hitchhikers, and decent music too.

⚡2026 Media Thread⚡

Y'know in a couple of years, I will have so much Content in my blood that I will be legally toxic to the common houseplant. Aloe vera more like aloe point in human history, am I right?

I play games and watch stuff a lot and keep track of it here, thank you.

Trying to figure out a good gameplan for 2026 by (kinda sorta) organizing my Steam library.

Glam mostly set up for M9S. Also pretty happy about the portrait this time too.

Ringing in the new year

And that's 2025! Great games, great times, though it did feel like I had a slimmer amount to choose from this time.

Gonna try and get a lot of stuff played in 2026, though. Got a lot of catching up to do with a lot of different games! Should be a fun time. Thank you for reading!

Even beyond the boss fights, the platforming challenges are some of the best out there. I felt like I truly mastered this game towards the end, and I'm looking forward to realizing how wrong I am next year (hopefully).

Great job, Team Cherry. Maybe communicate a lil more next time though, please.

#1: Hollow Knight Silksong

I just cannot deny it.

It was worth the wait.

I never expected such love and craft to be showered from Nintendo towards someone who wasn't Mario or Zelda. All for the main man DK.

This is peak Nintendo platformer and they did it with such reverence to some of my favorite childhood games. I was catered to so well I should tip. (not $20 tho)

#2 Donkey Kong Bananza

Bananza is an immaculate 3D platformer, an amazing Donkey Kong game, and warmed my heart so deeply and hyped me up so hard. The game crafted such beautiful landscapes that are so fun to explore by breaking it all down. Feels good.

#3: Deltarune Chapter 3+4

Continuing to bow to that dog. Ended up with a lil different energy from Chapter 2, but this is definitely when The Plot begins and things are building up now. Some bits are immaculate, and some emotional bits are palpable.

#4: Chicory: A Colorful Tale

It makes me smile thinking about this game. I want to try and harness how I felt playing this but it's hard to reckon with, and that's probably why I like it so much.

A nice lil bit of artist therapy with clever brush mechanic uses. Excellent music, as well.

#5: Pseudoregalia

One of the best platformers out there. Really fun and rewarding movement that felt second-nature after a bit of time.

Insanely good visual style as well. It felt like a game lost from time. A dreamlike mystery game from the fifth gen kinda vibe. Real good.

Never pants. Never.

#6: Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo

First on the list, an insanely fun 2D Zelda-like. Pipistrello uses its yoyo gimmick extremely well and provides an entertaining and gratifying experience. It's definitely worth checking out.

Finally, gotta give a shoutout to AI The Somnium Files. It gets just edged out but I really had a blast with it. Great introduction to Uchikoshi and I need to get to some of his other works. Maybe a few lines sometime, iunno, we'll see.

Sonic Unleashed's PC port is another testament to that feeling, because this is the best version of that game yet. I have my misgivings on some design decisions of the game itself, but in hindsight, this is a peak Sonic vibes game and it was great to finally experience it.
