Took me 6 more years and therapy to finally realize- oh it's because I'm also trans. My life is littered with signs but it's impressive how much your brain can ignore if it means surviving

After religious homeschooling it wasnt until college I started to shake loose. There was a day I was trying to understand trans people, because the rest of LGBTQ made sense and I was on board. I was (without realizing it) trying to find the difference between trans people and me but couldnt. So 22
