Another question I came here with was: how effective are the whistles and honking? Does it stop abductions? And the answer is, surprisingly to my cynical self, yes, and often. I have talked to so many people who have successfully interrupted kidnappings.

As a #GenX - I’ve been thinking about the generations above me. We talk a lot about Boomers, but also our grandparents, the Silent generation. That’s where they are trying to take us back to. The Great Depression. Only thing is, WE ARE FAR FROM SILENT. Keep. Going.

Had the best Lebanese food tonight in SLU at a place called Tanoor! A lot of food for what you pay too! And homemade pita being made as you walk in and it’s served warm to you!
