While the Washington Post was giving Pam Bondi a thumbs up for being "qualified" and "serious", Democracy Docket was calling her an "Election Denier."

If there isn’t any bipartisan effort to impeach Pam Bondi after her criminal clownery today, we should stop pretending Congress has any authority to enforce rule of law.

So when Pam Bondi is asked why they don’t investigate the crimes in the Epstein files, she screams there is NO EVIDENCE THAT DONALD TRUMP COMMITTED A CRIME. You know what that means? She knows there IS evidence but won’t look for it. And folks, are hints about some of those kids getting murdered.

Trump has no right to exert pressure on Ukraine. They are the country that has been invaded, the pressure should be on Putin, but recent reports show that the U.S. is readying business deals with Russia. Trump wants Ukraine to surrender. #StandWithUkraine

A reminder: The Attorney General of the United States should be the people's lawyer, not the president's personal attorney. The Department of Justice should act to protect the public, not the occupant of the Oval Office and his political allies.

Lawmakers are allowed to go to a DOJ facility to search unredacted files. We learned from this photo that the searches are apparently being tracked & read by the DOJ"

🚨 The Government publishes its Bill to reform elections tomorrow

📜 This includes votes at 16, tighter donation rules & simpler voter registration

🤦 But the 'Representation of the People Bill' doesn’t do what it says on the tin - most people still won’t be represented

Apparently it's a felony to get a warrant from a Court to view a list of calls made by elected Republican Reps on Jan 6th, not wire taps mind you, just calls made and received, but it's perfectly okay to intercept their key strokes to see what the Dems were investigating without asking permission.

This is despicable, they are tracking searches to use against the truth & the survivors. To avoid searching the db, could the Lawmakers leverage the files that have been downloaded by the independent news outlets to build a list of docs they should demand redacted?
Flood the zone with demands.

What legitimate purpose could they have for tracking searches by individual representatives?

To me, that calls into question those computer terminals completely. They're clearly for partisan purposes, not in order to follow the law. So that likely means they're still hiding documents.

While the DOJ can conduct investigations involving Congress members, it is bound by strict guidelines that generally require warrants for surveillance.

NEW: A page from Bondi's burn book. This is a list of the searches by Rep Jayapal of the unredacted Epstein files. That means the DOJ grabbed her search terms from the computers they set up for members of congress to view the Epstein files to use as ammunition. The photo is from Reuters.
