Cooke’s ability to evoke emotion was rivaled by only a few. Just look at this scene with Sarge mourning Gunnar’s death. What’s impressive is that I never really read the Losers before when I read this issue for the first time. Yet Cooke gets to their core and makes this hit hard like a ton of bricks

This is a new one for me, but it uses algae beads (algae boba, essentially) to explore different aspects of respiration and photosynthesis. This will be for my AP biology kids. The Carbon Dioxide indicator is apparently super sensitive and had to be calibrated for 2-3 days.

It’s weird that DC doesn’t have THE evil Superman elseworld book on their app or in either Superman elseworld collection. It was the basis for the finale of Superman TAS! It laid the foundation for JLU’s Cadmus stuff!
