It is incredibly fucked up that I'm having to say goodbye to beloved friends because they suddenly cannot afford medications and treatments they need to stay alive, thanks to the bills that recently passed, and the ones that weren't extended.

Believe it or not, plenty of fat folks do understand nutrition. Yes, I know, outside aisles, not middle aisles. Processed food baaaaad, "whole" foods gooood. But see, I'm poor, and I'm disabled. processed carbs are cheap and don't take all my energy to make. Cooking can wipe me out for days.
