I think I got my ways to rip the DOS soundtrack of Mario's Time Machine
I should probably plan out all the potential tracks (like which song plays in which time period) before playing so I don't accidentally record the same thing twice

My ramblings about the Mario edutainment games really comes from genuine interest over both wondering what went wrong and looking into the true intent behind the decisions that were taken
They're odd little things but rarely anybody ever asks why they're odd and just take it all at face value

Just beat Mario's Time Machine on SNES!!!!!!!
Again, I didn't find it too bad as a game, though some things haven't aged well (inaccuracies or otherwise)

“The stats were all negative (exxcept the health ) and the stat names were changed from HP to Hope,Charge to Chance(I assume of survival), Deffense was Pain,Offense was Miseary,Weight was the only one that stayed the same. (I don't remeber the rest, I don't like thinking about it)”

But when I see people say “take note Mario Kart World!” in response to Tangle and Whisper in Crossworlds, my first thought is that they’re asking for Oogtar instead of any of the RPG characters.

Something I've learned is that a good chunk of the people working on that game were Mario fans and that Nintendo was hands-off on everything except for how the Mario characters look
That and it was meant to be more of a Carmen Sandiego competitor with Mario inspiration/characters than a Mario game

After some research I'm not surprised Mario is Missing's intent never was to fool people and that the marketing and packaging is what ended up dooming the game in the long run
