Um I thought spacetime is an emergent property of a complex universe. I agree it is eternal but it doesn’t follow that the iteration we see “now” is eternal

This is a real problem now - an ICB manager is likely to wreck a carefully thought through care plan because they are quoting guidance without reference to its legal context and talking of fictional "separate statutory duties"

Court of Appeal is discussing layers of law and we have guidance stating constitutional principles
