After the first season, Johnny Bravo was put on hiatus, until it was picked up for an unexpected second season in 1999. Van Partible was fired during Warner Bros. takeover of Turner Broadcasting and Kirk Tingblad took over as director, leading to a major retooling in the show's visual style, tone, humor, and characters. The show retained this format for the third season. The series was put on hiatus once again until it was renewed for a fourth season in 2003, which aired in 2004. The final season of the series returned to the humor of the original shorts and first season of the series, with Van Partible returning and co-directing all of the fourth season episodes, although the Jungle Boy character from the first season never returned.

This took 2 days (2 days too long for RNG manipulation), I got sick of wasting hours on waiting for blinks then failing so I turned on CFW last night to see the real time Advances. Instead of relying on dumb blinks. Of course I get it first try waking up today lol

A post from the deactivated Tumblr of the SheZow showrunner stating, "LOL! Me too. Rating her on IMDB would be a form of slap back Thursdays. Thanks for your note. I appreciate it. I’ve gotten every type of comment possible on SheZow. From people who tell me the show saved their life and it’s a treasure to the obvious SheeZus freaks who literally call for my death. According to the latter, I am a high ranking member of the Illuminati who should be burned to death. And don’t get me wrong. I love Jesus. I just don’t care for fundamentalist extremists, of any kind, from Christians and Muslims to Trans-folk and feminists. The latter fault me for making SheZow too pink and stereotypically feminine. While the extreme trans-folk berate me for not having gone far enough with the show. They say I didn’t delve into gender deep enough. What none of them know is that you can’t go to those places in a kid’s show. I’m just lucky I got to make a show depicting a boy who fights crime as a woman and he’s ok with it. That’s about as far as you can push a show for kids 6-11. That is exactly why I made the show about villains, friendship and comedy. I had to steer away from anything too meaty. It was a fight just to get it made and every time I had SheZow refer to himself as a “she” I got the Heavy Handed Super She-Slap. “BAM!” Hard pushback. In the beginning I was told that Guy had to hate being SheZow… then I pushed it to a place where he was so-so with it. Then I kept pushing and got him to a place where he embraced himself fully. But I still had to throw in the occasional high-heel joke to feed the obtuse. Then there was the controversy when it went on the Hub. Oh my goddess. That was a whole she-bacle. And to those who compare SheZow to Ranma? Shut the front door. This isn’t Japan. That’s not a kid’s show and it would never air on a kid’s block."
