Sure. But in the absence of objective goodness and wrongness, the universe lacks the qualities necessary to render any moral judgement true. It's probably a bad strategy to abandon morality to a bunch of power cults or insist that everything legal is acceptable.

The stories in Fallout where supposed to sustain interest for hundreds of hours. They're now being told in dozens. Honestly they'd do better to tell a smaller story with the expansive lore just backdrop.
