Tesla plunged to 6,964 sales in Europe in Oct, down from 13,519 last year. BYD + SAIC are exploding while Tesla is one of the region’s worst performers. The only reason Tesla still survives in the U.S. is because Chinese EVs are blocked. If Americans had real choice, Tesla would be in more trouble.

CATL’s new Spain plant is set to become one of Europe’s biggest LFP hubs — 50 GWh of low-cost, high-volume battery muscle landing right in Stellantis’ backyard.
China’s scale is now arriving on EU soil. ⚡🇪🇺 #Lithium #LFP #EVs #BESS #Renewables

China just launched KargoBot Space. Cabless, fully autonomous, #LFP, EV trucks with 3-min battery swap, 800km CLTC and Hesai LiDAR for ~¥250k ($35k USD). These are deploying now, not in 2035. China is nearly 10-15 years ahead of the West, and this freight shift will supercharge #lithium demand. ⚡🚛

China hit 1,003 TWh of solar by October — and this still isn’t the steep part of the S-curve. This is the warm-up. Solar doubled in 2 yrs, installs are exploding, #BESS is hitting price floors, curtailment is becoming a storage goldmine. The next doubling? 12–16 months. “Holy shit” phase loading. ⚡

India just hit 50% clean power capacity five years early — not because of policy, but because solar + storage economics are now unstoppable. Fossil fuels don’t decline slowly; they cliff once renewables hit scale. The Global South isn’t lagging — it’s leapfrogging. The S-curve just arrived in India.

California is rocking renewables hard.🔋🌞 17 GW of battery storage now online — a 13× boom in five years, half of all US BESS capacity. Solar + storage have already erased 37% of fossil gas from the grid and killed the blackout era. This is the future hitting in real time.

We’re about to hit the phase of the S-curve where the world goes from “fast” to “holy shit.” Solar’s doubling on a 24-month cycle — but the real elephant in the room is #BESS. As storage scales, the grid stops being a bottleneck and starts becoming a battery-backed solar engine. #EnergyTransition

This chart is making the rounds again — and it might be the defining story of the Disruption Decade. One line goes vertical, one goes flat. China scaling energy like a civilisation in ascent. America stuck on maintenance mode. The future follows the energy curve. ⚡📈 #Renewables #BESS #EV #Disruption

For the first time ever, renewables outpowered fossil fuels in October — supplying nearly 50% of Australia’s grid. When the sun’s up, energy is abundant & cheap. The smart move now? Incentivise demand — like 3 hrs of free electricity during high-renewable periods. #EnergyTransition #Renewables #BESS

EIA’s see “forecasts,” U.S. coal magically find a “stable base” from 2032 onward. I call bullshit on that. Nothing about economics, grid evolution, or policy supports it.
Coal isn’t stabilizing — it’s terminal. What you’re seeing there is just the long tail of a dying industry on life support. ⚰️

The end of the Oil Age won’t come from scarcity — it’ll come from irrelevance. Solar, wind, and batteries aren’t waiting for permission; they’re simply better.
When the new paradigm outperforms the old on cost, speed, and resilience, history doesn’t argue — it moves on. #EnergyTransition #BESS #EV

China’s EV export engine is in overdrive — nearly 1M NEVs shipped Jan–Sep 2025. Europe leads, Latin America explodes (+148%), & Asia-Pac surges. China isn’t merely exporting electric cars — it’s exporting the future of mobility. One shipload at a time, scaling up fast.. 🌏 #ChinaEV #NEV #Lithium #LFP

Don’t be a mug — read the trend. 📈 Renewables are set to overtake coal as the world’s top power source by 2026. Solar, wind & batteries aren’t the future — they’re the system now. Fossil fuels are flatlining while clean power goes exponential. #SolarDominion #DisruptionDecade #BESS #EnergyTransition

ICE is finished in China.

Sales of petrol & diesel cars peaked in 2017 — the same year EVs started their takeoff. In 2020, only 1 in 18 new cars was electric. By 2024, it’s 1 in 2. This year it’s tracking for 60%.

This isn’t a fad — it’s the world’s biggest industrial shift in motion. #EV #Lithium

China launched world’s largest all-electric inland cargo ship. At 129.9 m long & 13,700 t displacement. 24 MWh of battery power across 12 modular packs = same energy as around 400 Tesla Model Y RWDs combined. Using rapid swap tech, it can replace its batteries in just 30 minutes & sail up to 500km.

Gasoline cars are basically 50-liter rolling bombs we’ve all agreed to sit on. 🔥 Meanwhile, EVs are out here catching fewer fires than politicians telling the truth. 1,530 fires per 100k gas cars vs just 25 for EVs, almost zero for #LFP. The only thing burning are the myths. ⚡🚗 #EV #Safety #Firesafe

Outside China, massive funding pours > #EnergyStorage & #EVs — not by chance, but market forces riding the waves of multiple disruptions. #BESS = the backbone of the transition, stabilizing grids & unlocking renewables. The megatrend Goliath is here. #Lithium #Disruption @iolahughes.bsky.social

Denmark’s EV revolution is almost complete. In Sept 2025, 90.4 % of new private cars were BEVs, just 1.4 % PHEVs, 8.2 % ICE.
Trailing 12 months: 81.4 % BEV.
The S-curve shows Denmark will hit ~99 % BEV by 2028 — a Norway-level transition in under a decade. #BEV #EV #Disruption @leraffl.bsky.social

Just dug deeper — confirmed! Spain has indeed generated zero coal power since July 15 2025. A clean-energy milestone in motion! Thank you!

What a difference 2 years make! Compare 2023 vs 2025 — California’s solar output (yellow) has exploded & that purple layer? 🔋 That’s battery storage — charging during the solar peak and discharging after sunset. The classic “duck curve” is flattening fast. CAISO shows the future of energy in motion.

Australians have added >90,000 home batteries since July — ~1.7 GWh of new local storage, already eclipsing the Waratah Super Battery (1.6 GWh). At this pace, behind-the-meter batteries will soon outpower grid-scale ones. That’s 90 000 homes off peak demand. The disruption is real! ⚡🔋🇦🇺 #Lithium #LFP

The total amount of H₂O on Earth hasn’t changed in 4 billion years. Calling it a “scarce resource” is absurd. About 70 % of our planet is covered by it — the issue isn’t scarcity but access & economics. With cheap renewables and large-scale desalination, water abundance is a matter of energy. 💧⚡

After years of equating noise with power, silence redefines what driving feels like. Once you go electric, peace of mind becomes performance. No petrol stench, no exhaust fumes — just clean motion and calm. Cost savings aside.⚡🚘 #EV #FutureReady #QuietRevolution #RIPICE #EnergyTransition #Disruption

It took just 15 years to completely transform transportation in China:

🚗 E-cars: 60% (v 1% in 2010)
🚌 E-buses: 95% (1%)
🛵 E-scooters: 99% (30%)
🛺 E-three-wheelers: 99% (40%)
🚄 High-speed rail: 45,000 km (v 6,000 km in 2010)

Unprecedented speed & scale — a transport revolution in real time. ⚡ #EVs
