Pete Buttigieg breaks down DEI for everyday folks…

“The opposite of diversity is uniformity. The opposite of equity is inequity. The opposite of inclusion is exclusion.” @petebuttigieg.bsky.social

Our problem: too many value uniformity over inclusion and they’re the ones running the government.

In the past four weeks, Costco, which has embraced DEI initiatives, GAINED 7 million shoppers…

Target, which got rid of DEI, LOST 5 million shoppers!

That’s the power we have as consumers.

Remember that.

Can’t emphasize this enough: if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the debased assault on our country, the antidote is connecting with other people in the flesh who are feeling the same way. There are millions of us.

Please read and share.

Musk is attempting to blame Ukraine for the X cyberattack, but word has already spread that it was a false flag. What is a false flag? A false flag operation is an act committed to disguise the actual source of responsibility and shift blame onto another party.

As Trump tries to dismantle the Department of Education, remember that his plan to cut the corporate tax rate to 15% would give the 100 largest corporations a tax cut larger than the entire department's K-12 budget.

Really think about how twisted this all is.

On #IWD2025, we honor Dr. Lucy Frank Squire, a radiologist and educator who wrote “Fundamentals of Radiology,” a vital resource still used today. Although denied from a pathology program due to her gender, she became the 1st woman resident in Mass General's radiology program.

Boosting the signal for this great project
Since the beginning of the pandemic I've been helping my neighbors get growing through Share a Seed, my mutual aid seed project. In #NewMexico, I've had a harder time connecting w people/projects. Who can help me share seeds in the ABQ/valley area??

Canceling NIH grants is a great example of waste, fraud, and abuse. Even canceling just my grant alone, in year 3 of 5, would be a waste of the more than $1M already given to us for this project. Multiply that by hundreds of grants, and they are just throwing away taxpayer $$$. And for what? +

What he said about Social Security payments has been repeatedly debunked - so the question isn’t whether he’s lying about this, the question is why.

What is this a pretext for? He and the GOP have long shown interest in going after Social Security. What are they going to try?
