I have been making digital art since the days you had to plot pixels out on graph paper and hand-calculate their hexadecimal value to poke screen memory addresses while some old guy tells you the computer does all the work.

I gave my players the random tables to roll on in the last game I ran as a sort of statement like, "Look, just because I'm the GM doesn't mean I'm the one who is screwing you over here."

Much like the movie, "Barbarian" I simply can not get past how a movie with this title is not a cheesy Sword & Sorcery flick, and I will continue to refuse to watch either film because of this infuriating fact alone.

I "love" it when armchair sociologists get published with their take on the classic "X Demographic has a *genetic, natural need* to fit my flawed and narrow view of how the world should work, and not subscribing to that is why they're really unhappy."

I think Conan started his adventuring at 14?

Meanwhile, In a game of Traveler, my character has to be 55 and have a second mortgage before he can get out of character creation and start his adventures.

It's so hard to know when to stop. It's so much easier to tickle that gradient to death than to make it look like you put one perfect stroke on there.

The Internet was once a better place than what we have now.

Wait, no. My favorite are people who believe that all contracts (including standard Graphic Artists Guild agreements) are tricks meant to bind them into an eternity of financial misery because some of the words have multiple syllables and the contract itself is more than one paragraph long.

I feel like this does not solve the actual problem, but a natural reaction to the problem.

There was a comic shop my dad would take me to in the early 80s. He collected Iron Man and I collected Micronauts. I still have both our collections from those days.

I didn't just enjoy it. It was one of those books I couldn't put down. I devoured it in just 3 days.
