Ellison: "This was a family taking their kids from an athletic event and they ended up getting caught in the middle of the ICE behavior & protesters, & then, inexplicably, they shot tear gas too close to the car & that caused the infant to have some respiratory problems. ICE just confronted us in our car saying it’s our first & final warning. There’s nothing illegal about driving your car safely on Stinson, Lowry, or any street in our community.
