Lydia's version is still a bit more fucked up looking than hers, but I'm not necessarily opposed to that
Unlike Phoebe, Lydia doesn't have a human form or guise. Due to how she died, she's effectively banned from ever assuming that form again, even if she wanted to (she doesn't).
Like Phoebe, however, she has a much more monstrous form to call on.
