I am a cooking hobbyist with some specialty markets in my area. I normally cook a lot of Indian, Korean, and Chinese dishes but have been doing Mexican recipes recently. My local Asian market stocks supplies for all of those cuisines.

I've made a bunch of salsas recently. Roasted tomatillo salsa. Salsa macha. Standard pico. They're all good, but I dunno if they're eat off a butt good. 👀

Grad school did make me confident that the most helpful texts are opinionated and show the author's personality. It shows "I have done the work and some ways of doing this are worse than others." I really can't stand gaming resources that are mere info dumps with no insights.

Yeah, I just don't have good glam inspiration for them. I feel like I don't wear greens well, so I can't do Robin Hood. I've done a Wander (Shadow of the Colossus) glam before, and Weird Al for the music side of bard. DRG is just tough.
