My therapist assigned me some homework the other week that I have failed to do. It is to put myself out there to find people to play games with, buddy read with, or watch stuff with. So I guess this is a first step.

Yeah, I don't want to downplay the successes. I'm proud of myself. Hopefully 2026 is a year where I can tackle some of this restlessness inside.

As far as personal growth goes, 2025 wasn't too bad. But everything else just overshadows that a lot of the time. I'm definitely ready for the year to be over.
