It makes zero sense to limit e-bikes only to 15mph. Even without the electric assist, it’s pretty easy to go 15mph on a bike. Further, cars, buses, rideshares, motorcycles, trucks, and taxis are all allowed to go more than 15mph. It’s way safer to go the speed of traffic.

Just learned that this empty lot adjacent to my yard near EFC metro has been untouched for 6 mos because it’s a candidate for missing middle development! Truly a YIMBY moment. Excited to see how this plays out now, rather than just dreading the construction noise.
