The Two Ferruginous hybrid ducks, at WWT Welney, the one with Amber Eye is definitely Pochard hybrid but the other one is more of a problem.
Possibly a Ferruginous hybrid with female Pochard?

The Pochard x Ferruginous is a lot darker than the one you have there in your images, however myself and David did discuss on Saturday if there was perhaps another not so obvious hybrid amongst them and I wonder if that is the one we were discussing in your image.

It was a very wet day at WWT Welney today, but it didn’t stop 13 hardy souls attending the Hare walk, they were rewarded with 6 sightings of hares.
Pintail numbers are climbing with about 80+ seen although I think there could be more.
I managed to get a couple of photos in the dry periods.
