A lot of my infra workflows live in Slack threads, docs, or buried in shell history. That sucked.
I've been building Atuin Desktop. Local-first, CRDT-powered, executable runbooks - with integrated terminals, sql queries + monitoring

Lmk if you have any questions <3

I just bought a 90s film camera I've been obsessed with for a long time
more expensive than I'd like, but stock will only ever go down. SO HYPE for it to arrive

What if you could write shell scripts like a short story (and use Go code in that process)?

I want to pay a company money to enable me to give away stickers for free
Like I order stickers from a printer I like to your address, you give me a webform I can send to my users. Is there anything like this?
I really don't want to use print on demand because the quality is never good

This is very cool to see, looking forward to giving it a try :D
Finally sharing what I’ve been building for almost a year now! 🐢✨
Atuin Desktop: runbooks that run
It’s open source and in open beta now 🥰
Built for engineers who need repeatable, reliable workflows. No more copy-pasting from slack or outdated docs

Atuin Desktop now has tabs! We've been working hard to get this ready for open beta, and making it feel like a real editor is important
In recent weeks, we've also released support for local, file based workspaces - check them into a git repo, sync them however you want

So last week I discovered @atuin.sh by @ellie.wtf and it's fucking awesome. I was going to write a whole thing to sync my shell history to my NAS and now I don't need to. 10/10 would recommend.

If you haven’t used @atuin.sh it’s well worth looking into! Rock solid shell history search and sync. One of the first things I install onto a new machine and then it quietly works perfectly, waiting for me to need it.

Fun fact! The Atuin logo is the wonderful work of @andycarolan.bsky.social and it was seeing this that led me to reach out to Andy to design the dogs you see in my more recent blog posts 😁
