Pretty sure there's some fundamental tenet of law that says if you put illegal things in a contract then the contract isn't enforceable. I'm no lawyer, but this seems pretty fucking simple. If you write a contract that says you agree to rob a bank for me, and dont, I can't sue you in a court over it

Isn’t extraction kind of the point of neoliberalism/economic imperialism? Things like the Marshall plan were opposed to capitalist ideology except for preventing the targets from becoming communist and thus preserving potential future corporate influence. Am I thinking about this backward somehow?
