As far as Stratforites are concerned, & likely other firms, subversion against #Mexico is probably tied to the U.S. "B team" of spy agencies--e.g., the Homeland Security umbrella of groups--rather than entirely the "A team" of CIA, FBI, etc, but still very dangerous & can't be sure presently, afaik.
