okay but it literally won't do this because markets exist and offshore rigs take years to lease and build and it's not actually profitable to do so in the vast majority of american waters (other than the Gulf, maybe, which they won't allow because florida republicans don't want it)

so like, i fully agree with this: all the concerns in this piece about antipsychotics among kids are valid! i know many people who need to be on antipsychotics and dealing with side effects/figuring out what meds work is a huge part of the process
but that's a whole different thing than adhd drugs
