It’s probably against health and building codes at the very least. One would think the property owner wouldn’t want pipes to freeze? Where I live the gas company will not even turn off the gas to a residence, you’re required to transfer service to the next resident in order to end service. Idk

Yes I did see people at our local w libertarian flair. I don’t like their politics personally but one thing I’ll give them is, unlike MAGA, they have a core set of values that can’t be easily blown about by cultish devotion to a guru
