i have repeatedly written and called my rep to ask what makes them different than a republican. spell it out for me. i have always checked the little “i would like a reply” box, but strangely they never seem to answer my very basic question.
The House voted 341 to 79 to fund Trump's war-mongering foreign policy agenda.
Only 57 Democrats voted NO.

If ICE agents were obeying the law, Miller wouldn't have to claim they have "federal immunity." If Trump's misuse of ICE was legal, they wouldn't need immunity. Either way, they remain subject to the Constitution and can be charged at the state level. They can all be charged, including Trump.
