Thrill as a gaming experience doesn't have to be slots, gambling, loud noises, risky bets, flashing lights, and insane idle animations. That’s just the noisiest version. Because thrill isn’t only about winning. Thrill lives between certainty and hopelessness.

Just upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro to iPhone 16 Pro. Been a let down so far. This whole “built from the ground up for Apple Intelligence” or whatever is non-existent. I couldn’t even do a Genmoji for crying out loud! The best thing about the phone so far is the sound quality.

I’m sure that when the feature I work on is released, people will think there is no design there. Bc it’s so simple. But man does it take a lot of work to arrive at the invisible UX.

AI has already knocked on the door, let itself in, raided the fridge, and is already chomping on leftovers. Question is: how do you greet it?

Making things simple is hard. Making them complicated is easy. Great designers know the difference.

UX - user experience - is massive. At its core, it’s about how someone feels using a product. For instance: ‘Am I helping a billionaire mad man fund neo nazis’?
