With the Switch going largely unplayed until Switch 2 came out and me just playing anything Xbox on PC Game Pass as needed, the PS5 dominated pretty much everything I did this year. Incredibly strong year for games all around. Ignore the games played, I load up PS+ stuff for 5 min all the time lol

Put together one of my little charts for games I'm interested in next year. It's already looking like another all-timer, especially because of Capcom. You wouldn't know Nintendo has a brand new console looking at this though, hopefully a January Direct shows up big

Integrated the Analogue 3D into the setup and now here we are. GameCube and CoreGrafx placements are temporary, I don't really use the GBA Consolizer because the Pocket is just easier to deal with, the blue Wii is there for aesthetics and the Series X is unplugged/awaiting removal

Really bad pic but hey, following along with #Segaiden continues. Genesis GnG is WAY harder than Super and feels pretty janky but I do think it's fun. Not so much the extending tongue platform part but the rest was. Early Genesis has some very hard games, prob won't push to finish in the future

I very rarely get platinum trophies or all cheevos, I play roguelites even less. So me getting a platinum in a roguelite tells you this one is special. Absolum was a delight, please check it out.

I really wish the Switch 2 Joycons had a version of this AA Battery Pack thing because on Switch 1 it gave them the right amount of heft and girth (heh) to actually make them super comfortable to hold for motion control games

I made this nice chart of all the games I want to pick up/play for the rest of the year. Some will go to Black Friday, some later, we'll see. Stacked and varied, a great problem to have. #BigGaming

#segaiden Thunder Force 2 baffled me at first as I think it does everyone. The later overhead stages are exasperating but overall this might be my favorite Genesis launch game. Not too much to say here really, just a great way to round out this first foray into early Genesis (also hey nice lamp)
