Today I read this blog which contains some promising sleep advice. I haven’t tried it yet myself but the author swears it’s foolproof (search the page for “cognitive shuffling” if you’re interested - it’s toward the bottom, after the main text). In any case, best wishes for a restful night!

Also: I went to school to expand my horizons, not make money. I knew my degree wouldn’t pay well, I did not care, and I don’t regret a thing.

I keep feeling pulled toward dumb watches. Some AW notifications (that can’t be disabled) drive me nuts + my face-change automations keep breaking. But I like knowing when a cat finally trips me and I hit my head on a kitchen counter, the Watch will dial 911. Not brave enough to ditch that yet.
