I know it’s the most boring & predictable thing to write but I have now lived in England’s second smallest city for 2 weeks and I can’t get over the friendliness. Drinks at my neighbours, chats at my local, lots of hello’s on my morning walks. It feels so cozy and peaceful.

It’s that time of year when I feel irrationally angry at the number of men running in the mornings with no lights while I am lit up like a Christmas tree, wearing one headphone, and checking over my shoulder every second stride.
