based on another suggestion im employing some texture atlases now, so many of the smaller details use just one material, but im open to any other suggestions

i got a bunch of these tiny ceiling lights scattered about the whole thing so im trying it out here. Makes a ton of sense and isn't too tedious. Each of these little details is down from 4 materials to 1

i suppose i could also do atlas textures for individual props at the least, so that one couch doesnt need 9 material slots

The goal is to make it look more museum like and have a lot more architectural variety, assisted by being stylized in such a way that it doesn't need a lightmap or lighting at all to look decent. Super light performance and filesize so I can scale the amount of rooms to a FUCKED amount.
