Pierogi Fest continues at my house because the pierogi bag was so big....last night it was Italian veggies (tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic and spice), grilled chicken on a bed of pierogies...and yes it was delicious.

Aldi's has a giant bag of potato and onion pierogies for $2.50. I pan sauteed them with butter, veggies and blackened chicken and yes they were very tasty.
