(also theres an iriquous mod apparently. which i assume is somewhat better than what the game has by default, not knowing the content of either. looking at the list of mod factions is very funny

at the moment its a set of wang 2-corner tiles between the two terrains, then other stuff overlayed on top

once I start adding more terrains (and actually clean up the meshing code so its not a pile of hardcoded nonsense) I'll use the same kinds of tile but blending to transparent instead

Where did kart racers put the list of guys who are in front ui. i liked it a lot and I think downgrading it to tiny minimap icons just,, kinda feels lame in comparison.

I think it made races feel more competitive? was very clear at all times who was in front and also when someone overtook someone

improved the gizmos a bit - drawing each gizmo twice with different z orders, and using a dotted line for the front gizmo, so now you can see whats going on behind geometry better

working on terrain editing tool. rn theres just a levelling tool that works sorta similarly to warcraft 3s cliff tools, but I want to add tools that set height directly and maybe let you make stamps so you can quickly copy paste stuff around

(also need to improve how fallback autotiles look)
