Good morning 🌅☕☕ Resisters 💙
Well as you all know 8 gave into the Republicans and we see primaries in there future the ones who are not retiring, but this morning it wasn't all bad news because the supreme court refused to take the case to overturn same sex marriage, for now we are safe.

Our corrupt, convicted criminal, thug president has once again pardoned the co-conspirators in his attempted coup.

He is clearly terrified of Jack Smith’s testimony.

📌I can't stop banging this drum: Democrats had a spectacular Tuesday at the polls, the wind at their backs, and basically punched themselves and their voters in the face five days later.

This is political malpractice at best, and out and out brazen capitulation to their billionaire donors at worst.

I got back to my office after the vote last night and recorded this. There's no way to sugarcoat what happened. And my fear is that Trump gets stronger, not weaker, because of this acquiescence. I'm angry - like you. But I choose to keep fighting.

You're Goddamn right we do, @governor.ca.gov. Thank you for saying it. This f*cking l*mp d*ck "fight" for democracy we've been seeing out of these folks is the pinnacle of utter incompetence and lack of will to win.
Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.

To be clear: the deal they voted on to move forward last night still needs to be formally voted on in the Senate and House. If the eight are your senators, they should be hearing from you this morning!

Democrats swept elections last week.

Donald Trump was booed so loudly at an NFL game he was drowned out on the fucking PA system.

And yet. AND YET! Senate Democrats betray all of that to cave on the shutdown for a PROMISE FROM A BUNCH OF LIARS!

PATHETIC

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.
