Watching this CWC made me realise that outside the 15 or so european mega wealthy clubs that can spend 100s of millions every year, clubs from every confederation seems to be in a somewhat similar level, which makes it an interesting watch.

This is the problem nowadays with analysis, everyone just says based on the result, but no one explains the intent behind the decision making. When intents are explained, it makes it easier for the viewer to empathize with the captains/coaches

It's been almost a year now since Iga won a trophy, does not bode well for her GS prospects this season.

A big football wish of mine for 2025 is to see Dele Alli playing again in Como. His health and happiness matters most and you don’t need football for that, but a last dance on the pitch would be a wonderful thing.

Big news to start the week. Kicker is reporting Florian Wirtz has agreed to extend his contract with Leverkusen beyond 2027. Part of the reason is his gratitude to the club for his development. So it means Wirtz will be playing for no one else but #Bayer04 in 2025-26.
