Delighted to see the vindication of Scotland's position here - not just ScotGov, the policy was approved by Parliament as a whole.

So the rule of thumb here in Dumfries seems to be that if you find a sandwich shop that becomes your go to sandwich shop. That shop will promptly go out business and shut down.
