I would first make sure the 4X works good, before struggling with the 16X :D but no matter - happy to help and troubleshoot if needed.

A couple of antibodies for now seems to work. And we will make sure all the data is online, for everyone to look by themselves.

Thanks for checking it out !. We are running antibody screens blindly on various protists, and we are finding some funny surprises. But nothing close to a Myosin 2 antibody working broadly unfortunately.

I was wonxering whether you tested, and/or, you think (based on region/homology), that the myo2 antibodies raised here could work in other than Naegleria ?
